Reductions
- 1 child under 3 years sleeps without charge in the parent's bed or in the cot.
- For stays of more than 2 weeks a reduced flat rate is applied (on request).
- Apartment Pfußer Lahn: for occupancy with 2 people we grant a discount of 10% (starting from 2025).

Additional person
An additional person stays for € 20 per day. Apart from the registered guests, no third persons unknown to us are allowed to stay in the house.Local tax
Due to local regulations, a local tax is to be payed per person. This amounts to € 2 per person and day (aged 14 and above).Minimum stay
In high season, the minimum stay is 1 week. In low season or if available at short notice, 4 days. In this case we charge a supplementary charge of 10% on the daily rate.Final cleaning
The cleaning costs for a stay shorter than 2 weeks is € 60 (apt. »Pfusser Acker«) respectively € 75 (apt. »Pfusser Lahn«).Arrival & Departure
Unless otherwise agreed, you can move into the flat from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 am.Pets
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.Waste separation
For waste separation, we provide bins for organic waste, cardboard, paper, tetra pak, nylon, glass & aluminium, as well as residual waste. We kindly ask you to comply with the local separation regulations and charge a waste separation deposit of € 70 in advance.Validity of booking
The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of € 200 per week and a refundable waste separation deposit of € 70 have been paid by bank transfer. Balance is requested by remittance or in cash on arrival. We can not accept credit/debit cards and cheques. The cash-deposit of € 150 for potential damages requested at arrival will be refunded at departure.Cancellation
Minimum € 50 administration fee for any cancellation. Reservation cancelled less than 2 months prior to arrival: advance payment is retained. Cancellations 1 month or less before arrival, non-arrival or early departure: full price. We recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.Location

You can also book a transfer shuttle that will carry you to your lodging online or you can use public transportation at Bolzano.Electric cars
We have our own charging station where you can charge your car directly from the roof of our shed for a fee. Alternatively, the nearest charging station for electric cars is located at the valley station of the Mendelbahn cable car.Close
